The Council will meet in regular session at 5:00 in the Council Chambers.  The highlights include the following.

• Consider approving a rezone and replat of the “Stokes Property” for residential development.  The area along 17th Ave SE is owned by the City.  The City will market the newly-established lots for single-family dwellings.
• Consider approving the request to hire a new full-time firefighter vacancy.
• Consider adopting a resolution to accept a grant from the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources for the redevelopment of a multi-use trail in and around LaFave Park.
